abstract:Dhiraagu (Dhivehi: ދިރާގު) is the first Maldivian telecommunications company, which was established in 1988. Dhiraagu was the only company licensed to provide internet and GSM services until 2004 and 2005 respectively and continues to be the sole landline operator.
