Several widespread use cardiac markers has been reviewed, focus of the specificity and sensitivity of this markers appear at the onset of acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Measurements of serum cardiac markers is useful to provide accurate diagnosis,guide therapeutic options and predict prognosis in patients with AMI. A novel cardiac marker-heart type fatty acid-binding protein(H-FABP) is discussed。 Developing interrelated POCT products will accelerate diagnosis.
