The process research on reducing the coil break defect of continuously hot-rolled strip and production control were introduced, and the methods, such as controlling chemical composition, improving as-rolled cooling speed, decreasing winding temperature, enhancing strip yield strength, not only to reduce coil break of strip but also assure the good combined properties of strip were put forward.
