abstract:Decapacitation factor (DF) is composed of factors in seminal plasma which modulates the fertilizing ability of spermatozoa. The activity is achieved by interaction between cholesterol, phospholipids and fibronectin-like substances and delivered via sall vesicles in seminal plasma.
