Rune of Death 死亡秘文
Blood of the North was the first of the Death Rune talents we implemented, largely to fill a hole in the deep Frost tree.

Whenever you hit with Blood Strike or Blood Boil there is a 100% chance that the Blood Rune becomes a Death Rune when it activates.
当使用血沸和鲜血打击的时候100%几率使得血符文激活的时候变成死亡符文。
If the rune recharges as a Death rune and you spend one or both, so long as both are on cooldown again at the same time, the buff will be refreshed.
如果符文转成了死亡符文，并且你使用了一个或者都用了，只要它们是同时在冷却，该增益状态就会被刷新。
