DavidMacDonald of Rok Civil Engineering, who will be carrying out the Streetscape work, acknowledged the timing of the closure could cause difficulties for local shops.
The letter will be handed over by three signatories, Reverend Alex Macdonald, Reverend Jeremy Middleton and Reverend David McCarthy, who will then take part in a rally.
