The Chicken Dance begins: men dressed in colourful feathers, bent forward with elbows pulled back, shuffle and preen in imitation of the mating dance of the prairie chicken, to the obvious delight of the crowd.
Knowing this, and in full view of his principal, coach and numerous other members of the faculty my son went right up to the home crowd and, to their delight, performed a (ahem) somewhat off-color victory dance.
It makes for a fun and lively video street drummers, break dancers, a dance troupe all in the middle of Times Square much to the delight of city residents and tourists who happened through the area.
