ObjectiveTo discuss the clinical effect of the combination of lamellar keratoplasty and cyclocryotherapy for the treatment of glaucomatous bullous keratopathy.
目的探讨板层角膜移植联合睫状体冷凝术治疗青光眼性大泡性角膜病变的临床效果。
Conclusions: Although traditional cyclocryotherapy was effective in relief of pain and reducing IOP, the complications were apparent and visual function was badly damaged.
结论：传统睫状体冷凝术在缓解疼痛降低IOP方面作用较为明显，但手术并发症多，术后视功能损害明显。
