Basing on the current situation and analysis of the problems of customs official incentive mechanism,and using foreign classic theory for references,this thesis proposes an assumption to improve the mechanism which forms a primary incentive system and synthesized incentive mode.
本文在对海关公务员激励现状及其问题分析的基础上,借鉴了国外经典激励理论,对海关公务员激励的改进方略提出设想,并形成了初步的激励系统和综合激励模式。
