The abundance of the cultivable bacteria was 4.7～6.5×104 CFU/ml in 3 different sea water samples at the middle stage (from the end of June to the beginning of July 2008) of the bloom, and 180 aerobic heterotrophic bacterial isolates were recovered by using four culture media.
