The results indicated the sample of the cubic phase ZrO2 stabilization,density and conductivity increased by doping Y. The phase was cubic phase ZrO2,the density reached 5.48g/cm3 and conductivity reached 2.85×10-3S·cm-1 at 700℃,when the sample contained Y as 20mol%.
