Based on the actual successes of the group's entrepreneurial member companies, Croissance Plus argued in the National Assembly that if the same Ffr100 billion was instead put into a privately managed venture-capital fund, it would create 1.8 million skilled private-sector jobs over five years--and return the Ffr100 billion, with a profit, to the taxpayers.
