With the gas flow calibration system based on the critical flow nozzles and positive pressure method,the experimental research has been carried out and a calculation formula has been obtained after deducing the fitting model of expansibility factor of cone flowmeters theoretically. Comparing with standard orifice,venturi,and three formulas for the cone flowmeters achieved from research organization abroad,the prediction curves and relatively error curves of the expansibility factor with different equivalent diameter ratios have been depicted.
为提高内锥流量计气体流量测量的准确性,探索可膨胀系数的高精度计算模型,设计了内锥流量计实验样机,利用正压法临界流音速喷嘴气体流量标准装置开展了实验,根据可膨胀系数的拟合方案,获得了高准确度的计算公式;与经典标准孔板公式、标准文丘里管公式及国外研究机构给出的三个内锥流量计公式进行了比较,绘出不同节流比下各公式可膨胀系数的预测曲线及相对误差曲线,得出当流动条件相同时,对于同一节流比及同一等熵指数,研究获得的可膨胀系数公式均方根误差优于0.7%。
