Media in India are criticising the cricket board chief N Srinivasan for merely "stepping aside" and not resigning from the post over spot-fixing allegations in the Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament.
The president of Board for Control of Cricket in India N Srinivasan told reporters that he was "shocked" by the developments which he described as "a bolt from the blue".
