【Abstract】 Creativity results from problems. The main aims and duty in the contempory teaching reform are to cultivate the creativity and practice faculty. The modern education ideology should focus on the cultivating of the students' creativity consciousness and developing their personality while the teaching aim is to turn the textbook knowledge into practice ability to make the students adapt to the environment and make great contribution to our society. Physics classroom teaching is the main route to achieve all this. Time should be made full use of in physics class and the teachers should supply them a-study environment in which the students are free to seek for problems and solutions and test them. This is the process of“problem-solving”teaching method. This essay aims at the research and practice on how to cultivate the teathers' problem-solving faculty under the advanced new teaching ideology
