Abstract : We take "speech signal processing" course as an example,illuminating that information technology is needed in order to improve classroom teaching effect. We also point out that teachers and students should meet the demands by using the modern information technology. Teachers should make use of the information technology to optimize teaching resources,to raise education quality and benefit,to carry out the goal of education orientated to developing students" creation spirit and the practice abilities. Teaching experience of the "speech signal processing" course combining with the information technology has proved that the usage of information technology contributes to fostering teachers with creative consciousness thought,to fostering students" ability dealing with information and creation. Now we are constructing the way of study independently in the network environment for students,it is exactly the pursued target of the information technology and the course integrations.
