Conclusion MSCT coronal reconstruction is the effective supplement to the high kilovolt radiography in the diagnose of pneumoconiosis,and is more reliable in pneumoconiosis diagnosing.

Materials and Methods:371 subjects with maxillofacial trauma were undergone spiral CT. All the cases were diagnosed and analyzed on the coronal reconstruction(MPR) images.
