The paper try to construst a system of college graduates employment from governmenr,university and social,to establieshed a closed relationship in the government macro-control,university and social(employing unit and intermediary),coordination uniform, joint management,whole optimization,realized the aim of college student full employment. Therefore,the system is construsted by government,university and social,the three factors mutual restriction,mutual promotion,to form a complete,common devoted to the system of college graduates employment.
