The cultured cells can be proved as myoblasts by morphological and immunohistochemical detection. However,we have not successfully cultured myoblast from contractural muscle of congenital muscular tortiocllis patients after operation according to present method.
结论:在先天性肌性斜颈病人临床手术正常肌肉标本能培养出成肌细胞,而在病变挛缩的肌肉包块中应用目前的培养方法不能培养出成肌细胞。
