本文主要通过无损压缩算法以及有损压缩算法的研究,提出了即保证感兴趣区域图像的重构质量又能获得较高的压缩比的算法,在这里采用有损压缩和无损压缩相结合的压缩算法,统一在小波变换的框架下,使得对感兴趣区域(ROI)进行无损压缩,而对非感兴趣区域(UROI)进行有损压缩,以及带矩形区域ROI区域的压缩,用此方法可以很好的解决压缩比与重建图像质量之间的矛盾,在满足压缩效率要求的同时使得重建图像的感兴趣区域具有较好的质量。
