...是一种置换反应，其原理与浸镀金相同，利用Sn+2置换Cu，以Sn0沈积在铜面上；但在铜基材上置换锡则需加入错合剂（Complex agent）才能反应，常用的错合剂为硫尿（Thiourea），之后，当铜离子不再溶入镀液中，此一置换反应即自行停止。
