Anderson and cofounder CherylLightle pay tribute to a saleswoman who photocopied 22, 000 pictures for 130 families who lost most of their possessions in a recent San Diego fire and to an alcoholic who decided to give up drinking after poring over a scrapbook filled with happy pictures of his family.
