The biosensor consists of substrate, metal film, chemical modifying layer, crosslinking agent layer and biological mono-molecule layer successively. It features that several kinds of biomolecules are combined to different positions of the biological mono-molecule layer, so that it is possible to detect quantitatively the concentrations of specific target molecules in the tested sample. The present invention may be used in detection of disease indexes and has clinical application value.
