Orbitz, which is affiliated with Cheaptickets.com, HotelClub.com and Ratestogo.com, is among dozens of websites consumers use to comparison shop for airline tickets, hotel rooms and rental cars.
In first-half 2012, Kayak derived 24%, 10%, and 9% of total sales, respectively, from deals with Expedia (Hotels.com, Hotwire), Priceline and Orbitz (including its CheapTickets and ebooker subsidiaries), according to regulatory filings.
