Objective To investigate the relationship between lipid metabolic disorder and coronary heart disease(CHD) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).
目的探讨2型糖尿病患者脂代谢紊乱与冠心病的关系。
Conclusions Diffuse and complicated lesions of coronary arteries are more common in the patients without CHD and type 2 DM.
结论2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉病变复杂严重。
Results (1) The coronary multivessel and type C changes and the severity of coronary artery stenosis and calcification in 2-DM group were significantly higher than those in CHD group.
结果（1）与CHD组比较，2-DM组多支病变、C型病变及末梢病变发生率明显增高，冠脉狭窄及钙化程度严重。
