Objective:Barre-lieo syndrom show a series symotoms as vertigo dizziness,tinnitus ,deafness, nausea,vomiting,headache ,neck pain. these are Induced by vertebral artery insufficiency (VBI),which is called VBI syndrom,or cervical vertigo in our country. Its ideology remain controversial.
