Gene chip is a powerful tool to find new genes. In this paper, we develop the first cDNA chip of Salvia miltiorrhiza and monitor gene expression profiling in the different stage of hairy root, obtain many usefulgenes.
道地药材是中药材质量控制的一项独具特色的综合判断标准,为从基因水平阐释道地药材的形成机理,大规模寻找功能基因,本论文制作了首张道地药材基因芯片,并对不同时期毛状根进行基因表达谱研究,得到一批与次生代谢有关的基因,为丹参功能基因组学和道地药材形成机理研究探索了新的思路和方法。
