abstract:Catwick is a village and civil parish in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. It is situated approximately north-east of Beverley town centre and west of Hornsea town centre.
And yet somewhere along the way, in the slipstream of a second global conflict, the notion slipped from the public consciousness - even in places like Catwick.
