Objective: to investigate the clinicopathological features of gastric cardia carcinoma and to supply reference for its early diagnosis and treatment.
目的：探讨贲门癌的临床病理特征，为临床诊断与治疗提供参考。
Results:Four factors, the lymph nodes metastases numbers, the depth of invasion, ages, histologic differentiation, were proved to be relative with the prognosis of carcinoma of gastric cardia.
结果：确定了淋巴结转移总数、浸润深度、年龄、组织学分型为贲门癌根治术后的预后因子。
