Last Hanukkah, Rabbi Bazer -- and he happens to be the Joint Forces Chaplain for the Massachusetts National Guard -- was four months into his deployment in Afghanistan, and he lit a custom-built electric menorah in the central square of Camp Phoenix in Kabul.
