In this paper, aimed at arrangement of air pollution source, based on multi - sourceGauss model,by simplifing and reasoning,the Cuncept of equivalent standard index and addition of pollution intensity is introduced to consider comprehensively meteorological elementsand intensity,direction and distance of pollution source.
