Interface-coupling equations on eccentric annular flowing on Bingham-fluid in pipe are put forward and a system of partial differential equations is obtained for describing the flow based on N-S equations of hydromechanics and mechanics. By numerical computation,important flowing laws on eccentric annular flowing on Bingham-fluid is obtained,which is useful to oil industry.
