Abstract : The rock burst in coal mine is the process of energy accumulation and dissipation, its control must be dynamic process ,caused of the rock burst is a dynamic process ,if the elastic energy accumulation in coal and rock materials is less then the minimum energy induced rock burst, the rock burst can be controled. The electromagnetic (EME) can reflect the energy accumulated in coal and rock materials, the relive-shot may dissipate energy. By above methods, the dynamic control technique of rock burst is practiced in Sanhejian coal mine, the good effect is obtained.
