abstract:Bithoraxoid (bxd) is a long non-coding RNA found in Drosophila. It silences the expression of the Ultrabithorax (Ubx) gene by transcriptional interference.
Result : In theopen-fieldtest, the crossing score, rearing score and total scoreof BXDratsdecreasedsignificantly (P<0.05), compared by the normal rats.
