Bucks and Tigers, clubs of different countries under different social systems, experienced unfamiliarity, argument, understanding and coorperation throughout the event. Bucks, as the first NBA team playing Soviet and East European teams as far as 1970’s, now is the first to sign an international player conditionally at a place outside America. It's a great leap for NBA because it begins to respect the interest of international players' clubs and basketball development of all countries.
