Brugman highlighted the role of culture as an effective instrument to convey messages in relation to complex themes, particularly in relation to society and education.
In his intervention, Fernando Brugman addressed the synergies of the Argentinean project with UNESCO programmes, and its possible relationship with the Convention on the Protection and Promotion of the Diversity of Cultural Expressions and the Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage.
