Italian restaurant Piccino, which first opened in Dogpatch in 2006, still packs in crowds at its new location, a bright yellow house on the corner of 22nd and Missouri Streets.
On Tuesday, a woman who appeared to be Ms. Kelley, dressed in a bright pink dress, sat in a corner room of the house on the ground floor, watching the news on TV.
All rooms have oversized workspaces, bright bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows, and the corner rooms have views of the imposing white marble Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta.
