Teaching should according the student ‘s real ability, teach by the ability ,totally arouse their will of study , could got a good teaching result . at first of the teaching, estimate lower about the student ‘s ability ,with very slow of teaching rate , boring repeat, not consider about the student ‘s ability , treat them in the same way , make some good student (interest about the study at first) to lost the interest.
