Objective. To describe a novel kyphoplasty procedure that gives uniform bone expansion in treatment of vertebra with heterogeneous bone structure.

Conclusion vertical control was good in jaw bone and was not effective in dentition when applying maxillary protraction combined with rapid expansion.

Findings: Relatively homogeneous ground-glass appearance and expansion of right temporal bone and greater wing of the sphenoid bone. No overt bony destruction.
