We have compared the influence of petroleum degradation efficiency which natives microorganism and inoculating the mud of greasy in factory have reached through single factor experiment (petroleum density is 1%) as well as inoculating the mud of greasy and different petroleum density (petroleum density is 1% andti5%); through orthogonality test, choosing nutrition material, water content, electron receiver and surface activator as controlling factors, we have reached the best ecological condition of biological degradation; finally in the process of petroleum bioremediation under the best ecological condition, discussed the degradation condition of alkyl hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon.
