Advocates of a lasting moratorium should rally behind a bill introduced by Representative Chris Cox (R-Calif.) and Senator Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) that makes the moratorium permanent.
In an attempt to counter the proliferation of these courts, a Bill has been tabled in the House of Lords by Baroness Cox calling for Sharia courts to be outlawed where they conflict with the British legal system.
Sponsored by Representative Christopher Cox (RCalif.) and Senator Ron Wyden (DOre.), the bill would stop states and municipalities from imposing targeted, discriminatory taxes on electronic commerce.
