Results With LC was successful in 69 cases,conversion to open surgery occurred in 3 cases,the average time of operation was 55min(30min～180mih),One case had complicated with bile leak and healed by drainage. The average time of hospitalization after operation was 5d(3d～13d).
结果：LC手术成功69例，中转开腹手术3例，平均手术时间55min（30～180min)，术后恢复顺利，1例出现胆漏，经腹腔引流后治愈，术后平均住院5d(3～13d)，均痊愈出院。

Results In 12 cases, bile duct injuring is 2 cases, bile leak is 5 cases after operation.

In PTGD group, bile leak occurred in 1 patient, and downfall of drainage occurred in 1 case. The complications of bellyache and lung injury was less in PTGD than these in endoscopics group (P<0.01).
