Economic progress depends on sustained bilateral and multilateral aid, on responsible government economic management, and on continued technical assistance from multilateral and bilateraldonors.
Co-ordinate fund-raising efforts to support the implementation of the above-mentioned field of education in the Arab States in general and ensure co-ordination and exchange between concerned parties such as UNESCO HQ, governments, UN agencies, the Islamic States Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, the Arab League Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization and bilateraldonors.
Initiate and maintain relations with science organizations, programmes and networks active in IOC regions of interest and with IOC funding partners, including bilateral and multilateral donors, to leverage funding for IOC regional activities.
