Objective To study the separation and purification of Chinese herbs to enhance the content of the main effectiveconstituents and their stability. Methods To use methods such as Ethanol preipataion,big bore resin,filtration or centrifuge to get theefficient constituents. Resultds Each method has its own advantage and proper scope. Conclusion In order to separate and purifyChinese herbs, different methods should be applied according to different samples.
