abstract:Biblical languages are any of the languages employed in the original writings of the Bible. Partially owing to the significance of the Bible in society, Biblical languages are studied more widely than many other dead languages.
Initially, ABS strove simply to supply Bibles-168 million in the U.S. so far-but later expanded to commissioning new biblical editions and translations into what ABS says is 2, 300 languages.
