I just talked to an amazing woman who does communications for a nonprofit animal shelter. She was overwhelmed with the work of maintaining a community on Causes – “there's so much to do!” Between welcoming new members, thanking everyone who donates, responding to messages written on the wall, and recognizing top recruiters, she wasn't sure how to do it all in addition to everything else her job required.
