The fingerprint of betaine and carotenoids extract of Fructus Lycii was studied using high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD).
采用高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测器联用仪（HPLC DAD）对中药枸杞的甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素提取液进行了指纹图谱研究。
Result showed that the HPLC method is rapid, accurate, and the content of betaine determined by HPLC was higher than spectrophotometry.
结果表明，NH2柱未经衍生高效液相色谱法快速、简便、 重复性好，所测甜菜碱含量明显高于分光光度法。
