Norcare runs a residential and outreach centre for homeless ex-servicemen and women on Bentinck Road as well as other services for offenders, drug and alcohol users, people with mental health problems and victims of domestic violence.
Mr Bentinck, who lives in Islington and uses the Piccadilly Line, said he always secretly hoped he would get a chance to "freak people" by saying "I warned you" if someone happened not to take note of the warnings.
