Prosecutors said the gate agent saw thedefendant sitting in the jump seat behindthe pilot and told him that if he was going to sit there he would have to go back to the check-in gate to complete paperwork and verifications.
The fourth defendant, Wadih el Hage, is implicated in the alleged conspiracy behindthe bombings and accused of being a personal secretary to Saudi exile Osama bin Laden, who the U.S. claims masterminded and financed the attacks.
