The Contractor shall take reasonable precautions to prevent his workmen or any other persons from removing or damaging any such article or thing and shall immediately upon discovery thereof and, before ‘removal, acquaint the Engineer's Representative of such discovery and carry out, at the expense of the Employer, the Engineer's Representative's orders as to the disposal of the same.
